Refund Rules

1. As regards tuition fee,the refund rules as per AICTE/DTE, Maharashtra will apply for all the programs offered by SPPU University. The rules are notified in prospectus.
2. If the student chooses to withdraw from the program of studies in which he/she is enrolled, the rules mentioned in prospectus will will be applicable.
3. Application and Entrance Test fees, wherever applicable, and miscellenious fee if any once remitted shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
